National Mentoring Day is set up on October 27 every year to recognize and celebrate the benefits of guidance. This day was created by award-winning business mentor Chelsey Baker to help encourage and celebrate various forms of mentorship. The purpose of this day is to focus on the rewards of coaching to each participant. Now is the best time to think about shaping you into the mentor you are today. It’s time to celebrate for them! A National Mentoring Day was also set up to emphasize the importance of various forms of counseling.

History of National Mentoring Day

National Mentoring Day aims to celebrate guidance, with a focus on recognizing excellence and raising awareness of the significant benefits of guidance to encourage more people to participate in guidance. Held on October 27th each year, this day encourages events around the world, including the National Mentoring Day summit and awards ceremony. This day was founded by Chelsey Baker, an award-winning business mentor who aims to help recognize and celebrate various forms of guidance. The key message is to raise people’s awareness of the valuable and useful contribution of guidance, which has a huge impact not only on our economy but also on our society.
